By the way, what is the difference between Billiards Game , Snooker and Pool Game? The various answers I have collected are given here:

POOL: The Cue(The stick used to strike the ball) is made out of maple wood fitted with 13mm tip
BILLIARDS: The cue is made of ash wood and fitted with 8.5 mm tip.

BILLIARDS: 3 balls on the table, no pockets.
SNOOKER: 22 balls on the table, 6 pockets
Answer 3:
BILLIARDS: It is played with three balls: white, red and yellow. The white and yellow balls are the cue balls of the two opponents respectively and the objective is to score some set points. The player who scores the required points first, wins.
SNOOKER:There are 15 red and six coloured balls and one cue ball. The player has to pot a red first, then a colour, and again a red, and so on. At the end of the frame the player with more points wins.
